Katya is an illustrator based in Serbia. During her Graphic Design course at University she studied painting, coloristics, clay modelling and drawing, all subjects that encouraged her to explore her personal style. Her work, created digitally on Procreate, now encompasses a cartoony, cute style, perfect for children’s book illustrations; the focus of her career. Katya has honed her skills whilst attending various children’s illustration courses, working as a  designer-illustrator in a children’s library, creating board games and working as a 3D Game Artist. 

 

During her free time she enjoys exploring new creative hobbies such as crochet and making candles, she loves spending time with her cat and playing story based fantasy video games. Katya has experience living in three different countries and is looking forward to moving abroad again and exploring a new culture. For her future projects in illustration, Katya would like to work with different kinds of children’s books, book covers and board games.
